Dr. Joseph Spires, D.D.S., M.S.D.
Dr. Joseph Spires graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1999. He practiced general dentistry for one year in Bloomington, IN before pursuing his passion in the endodontics field.
In the year 2000 he was accepted into the competitive specialty of endodontics with only 3 other students in the Graduate Endodontics program at the Indiana University School of Dentistry.

Upon successful completion of the two-year program he earned his M.S.D. (Masters of Science in Dentistry) degree. With a specialty in endodontics, Dr. Spires attained a combination of skills such as: management of patients with orofacial pain and anxiety, vital pulp management,
prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and related tissues.
Dr. Spires earned his Board-certification through the American Board of Endodontists. According to the American Association of Endodontics, only 24% of endodontists are Board-certified putting Dr. Spires in a small percentage of qualified professionals.

Dr, Spires is a member of the American Board of Endodontics, the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Indiana Dental Association.
